Sabian's XSR cymbals are based on the successful X-Plosion and Evolution series. They use similar production techniques and feature a redesigned profile with a slightly larger bell, which helps improve the cymbal's overall sound. The Sabian XSR-2007B 20" Fast Crash cymbal is made of a special B20 bronze alloy, and has a 'thin' weight classification. It's received pinpoint lathing hand hammering to give it a beautifully bright sound. At 20 inches in diameter, this crash produces an impressive volume, but its thin shape still allows for quick response. As such, the 20" Fast Crash is highly versatile and suited for various musical styles.
